Mercedes Bentolila is responsible for Luxford’s day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and accounts payable functions. Previously, she worked for VOM (Virtual Office Management service) reconciling accounts, banking operations, and general bookkeeping. Mercedes received her Master’s degree in Management Information Systems and Database Management from The University of Illinois/Chicago.

Chana is an Accounting Manager at Luxford, where she handles financial reporting and ensures the firm’s accounts are accurate. Originally from Brooklyn, she earned her degree in Accounting from Touro College. Chana has a strong background in managing complex finances, having worked as a payroll accountant in the healthcare industry and as an assistant controller. Her experience across different industries helps her keep Luxford’s financial operations organized and running smoothly.

As a member of the accounting team at Luxford Living, Amanda manages all firm-wide purchasing and payment processing for the portfolio. A graduate of Ramapo College with an Honors degree in Social Work, she previously served as a Case Investigator and Contact Tracer for the Bergen County Health Department. At Luxford, Amanda leverages her organizational expertise and attention to detail to oversee site expenditures and ensure all financial obligations are met with precision.

Koty is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in the multifamily industry. He spent 10 years in property management, where he developed strong expertise in operations, resident relations, and asset performance. He also brings hands-on construction experience, with a focus on apartment turns and renovations, giving him a well-rounded understanding of both the operational and physical aspects of multifamily communities.
